Riverview High School I.B. E2 Program:
A Success Story
In just four years, our program has surpassed all expectations by helping more than 100 low-income students secure over $5 million in full 4-year college scholarships. This was possible thanks to the increase in the number of guidance counselors and funding for a "Last Mile" fund. This fund provides financial assistance for clothing, insurance, transportation, and computers for students to be able to attend college.
Saving the Earth for your Grandchildren
Our club is leading the way in our Rotary District in innovative environmental projects. Our Microforests are capturing carbon and pulling destructive nutrients from the soil that feeds into Sarasota Bay Helping to mitigate the impact of Red Tide.
Additionally, our Foundation is supporting oyster bed planning in the new Bay Front Park that will clean the existing pollutants.
We are trying to make a difference!
We are all the better with an educated world
In collaboration with Sarasota Bay Booster Bill Monroe and the Rotary Club in Phnom Penh, Cambodia our club foundation has enabled us to donate essential educational materials to their schools. Furthermore, we have provided bicycles to children who live up to five miles away from their schools, ensuring that they can commute safely to and form school.
You can help with a small donation.
